  1. Orders are packaged and ready to ship within 48 hours.

  2.  If you have questions about transit times you should contact USPS or UPS directly.  We cannot answer questions about USPS/UPS delays or transit times.  **If there is an issue with your shipping transit, once it has left our possession, and you need assistance, contact us thru chat on the website!  We will assist or guide you with the next steps, if the issue is within our capabilites! 

  3. We ship using the United States Postal service (USPS) or UPS (WE DETERMINE DUE TO COST, DELIVERY TIMES AND LOCATION OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS)  DELIVERY TIME estimates given at checkout are only ESTIMATES. Delays within USPS/UPS are completely out of our control!

  4. USPS/UPS updates your tracking number as the package moves through processing facilities.

  5. Empowered Labz does not have access to USPS/UPS system. We see the same information attached to your tracking number that you see. In transit, simply means that your package is still moving within the USPS/UPS network. USPS/UPS can extend your delivery date as situations arise at various sorting facilities. The date that is on your tracking number is an estimate given of when your package will arrive.
